How much is the recovery going to cost?
Each recovery is different and the cost is based on the complexity of the problem. OneWorld SafeDisk will take the time to examine your drive and give you a full diagnostic before they attempt to recover your valuable data.
What does the plan cover and not cover?
Only labour is covered by the DRPP. The cost of shipping, replacement (donor) parts, and new hard drives is extra.
In the case of a failure, what are the typical costs for shipping, and replacement parts.

Shipping will vary on your geographic area and on the method of delivery selected.
Parts
If a physical recovery (hard drive surgery) is necessary then donor HDD parts may be required. When donor parts are needed, charges on average range between $50-$100.

Will OneWorld SafeDisk™ outsource the recovery?
OneWorld SafeDisk does not outsource recoveries. All work is done in house by our engineers.
What happens if I don't get my data back?
With OneWorld SafeDisk, you have standard rate pricing, you will not be billed labor hours if nothing is recovered.
Will OneWorld SafeDisk contacted me before any major work is done?
OneWorld SafeDisk will contact you with a firm cost quotation after the media has been diagnosed. If you decide to proceed with the recovery, we will assign your project to the next available engineer. OneWorld SafeDisk has online project tracking to keep you informed along the way to insure you are aware of the progress of your recovery.
How will my data be returned to me?
OneWorld SafeDisk can return your data on a CD, DVD, Hard drive or even your own media if you request!
